(1)市政消火栓宜采用地上式室外消火栓;在嚴寒、寒冷等冬季結冰地區宜采用干式地上式室外消火栓，嚴寒地區宜增設消防水鶴。

(1) Municipal fire hydrants should use aboveground outdoor fire hydrants; Dry aboveground outdoor fire hydrants should be used in winter freezing areas such as severe cold, and fire water cranes should be added in severe cold areas.

當采用地下式室外消火栓，地下消火栓井的直徑不宜小于1.5m，且當地下式室外消火栓的取水口在冰凍線以上時，應采取保溫措施。地下式市政消火栓應有明顯的性標志。

When using underground outdoor fire hydrants, the diameter of the underground fire hydrant well should not be less than 1.5m, and when the water intake of the underground outdoor fire hydrant is above the freezing line, insulation measures should be taken. Underground municipal fire hydrants should have obvious permanent markings.

(2)市政消火栓宜采用直徑DN150的室外消火栓，并應符合下列要求。

1)室外地上式消火栓應有一個直徑為150mm或100mm和兩個直徑為65mm的栓口。

(3)市政消火栓宜在道路的一側設置，并宜靠近十字路口，但當市政道路寬度超過60.0m時，應在道路的兩側交叉錯落設置市政消火栓，市政橋橋頭和城市交通隧道出入口等市政公用設施處，應設置市政消火栓，其保護半徑不應超過150m，間距不應大于120m。

(3) Municipal fire hydrants should be installed on one side of the road and should be close to intersections. However, when the width of the municipal road exceeds 60.0m, municipal fire hydrants should be installed at intersections on both sides of the road. Municipal fire hydrants should be installed at municipal public facilities such as municipal bridge heads and urban traffic tunnel entrances and exits, with a protection radius of no more than 150m and a spacing of no more than 120m.

(4)市政消火栓應布置在消防車易于接近的人行道和綠地等地點，且不應妨礙交通。應避免設置在機械易撞擊的地點，確有困難時，應采取防撞措施。距路邊不宜小于0.5m，并不應大于2.0m，距建筑外墻或外墻邊緣不宜小于5.0m。

(4) Municipal fire hydrants should be arranged in easily accessible pedestrian walkways and green spaces for fire trucks, and should not obstruct traffic. It should be avoided to set up in places where machinery is prone to collision. When it is indeed difficult, collision prevention measures should be taken. The distance from the roadside should not be less than 0.5m and should not be greater than 2.0m, and the distance from the exterior wall or edge of the building should not be less than 5.0m.

(5)當市政給水管網設有市政消火栓時，其平時運行工作壓力不應小于0.14MPa，火災時水力不利市政消火栓的出流量不應小于15L/s，且供水壓力從地面算起不應小于0.10MPa。

(5) When a municipal water supply network is equipped with a municipal fire hydrant, its normal operating pressure should not be less than 0.14MPa. In case of a fire, the flow rate of the municipal fire hydrant with unfavorable hydraulic conditions should not be less than 15L/s, and the water supply pressure should not be less than 0.10MPa from the ground.

(2)建筑室外消火栓的數量應根據室外消火栓設計流量和保護半徑經計算確定，保護半徑不應大于150.0m，每個室外消火栓的出流量宜按10～15L/s計算，室外消火栓宜沿建筑周圍均勻布置，且不宜集中布置在建筑一側;建筑消防撲救面一側的室外消火栓數量不宜少于2個。

(2) The number of outdoor fire hydrants in a building should be determined based on the design flow rate and protection radius of the outdoor fire hydrant. The protection radius should not exceed 150.0m, and the outlet flow rate of each outdoor fire hydrant should be calculated at 10-15L/s. Outdoor fire hydrants should be evenly arranged around the building and should not be concentrated on one side of the building; The number of outdoor fire hydrants on one side of the building's firefighting surface should not be less than 2.

(3)人防工程、地下工程等建筑應在出入口附近設置室外消火栓，距出入口的距離不宜小于5m，并不宜大于40m;停車場的室外消火栓宜沿停車場周邊設置，與一排汽車的距離不宜小于7m，距加油站或油庫不宜小于15m。

(3) Buildings such as civil air defense engineering and underground engineering should have outdoor fire hydrants installed near the entrance and exit, with a distance of not less than 5m and not more than 40m from the entrance and exit; The outdoor fire hydrants in the parking lot should be set along the perimeter of the parking lot, with a distance of no less than 7m from a row of cars, and no less than 15m from a gas station or oil depot.

(4)甲、乙、丙類液體儲罐區和液化烴罐罐區等構筑物的室外消火栓，應設在防火堤或防護墻外，數量應根據每個罐的設計流量經計算確定，但距罐壁15m范圍內的消火栓，不應計算在該罐可使用的數量內。

(4) Outdoor fire hydrants for structures such as Class A, B, and C liquid storage tank areas and liquefied hydrocarbon tank areas should be installed outside the fire dike or protective wall. The quantity should be determined based on the design flow rate of each tank, but fire hydrants within 15m from the tank wall should not be included in the usable quantity of the tank.

(5)工藝裝置區等采用高壓或臨時高壓消防給水系統的場所，其周圍應設置室外消火栓，數量應根據設計流量經計算確定，且間距不應大于60.0m。當工藝裝置區寬度大于120.0m時，宜在該裝置區內的路邊設置室外消火栓。當工藝裝置區、罐區、堆場、可燃氣體和液體碼頭等構筑物的面積較大或高度較高，室外消火栓的充實水柱無法完全覆蓋時，宜在適當部位設置室外固定消防炮。

(5) Places such as process unit areas that use high-pressure or temporary high-pressure fire water supply systems should have outdoor fire hydrants installed around them. The quantity should be determined based on the design flow rate through calculation, and the spacing should not exceed 60.0m. When the width of the process unit area is greater than 120.0m, outdoor fire hydrants should be installed on the roadside within the unit area. When the area or height of structures such as process unit areas, tank farms, storage yards, flammable gas and liquid docks is large or high, and the full water column of outdoor fire hydrants cannot be fully covered, it is advisable to set up outdoor fixed fire monitors in appropriate locations.
