水泵方面

In terms of water pumps

1.檢查水池水位，是否高過水泵進(jìn)水口（低位水池除外，但需加裝底）。

1. Check whether the water level in the water tank is higher than the water inlet of the water pump (except for the low level water tank, which needs to be installed with a bottom).

2.檢查進(jìn)水管路，是否內(nèi)有異物（如焊渣類）拆開泵與管路連接處，放水沖洗。

2. Check the water inlet pipeline for any foreign objects (such as welding slag). Remove the connection between the pump and the pipeline and discharge water for flushing.

3.打開水泵進(jìn)出口門，旋下水泵進(jìn)出口法蘭上的排氣螺絲，排凈泵腔內(nèi)空氣，水出為止。

3. Open the inlet and outlet valves of the water pump, unscrew the exhaust screws on the inlet and outlet flanges of the water pump, and exhaust the air in the pump chamber until the water is discharged.

4.拆下水泵電機(jī)防護(hù)罩，用手扳動(dòng)風(fēng)葉，檢查水泵轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活。

4. Remove the protective cover of the water pump motor, pull the fan blades by hand, and check whether the water pump rotates flexibly.

5.檢查電源接線方面是否牢固，是否。

控制柜方面

In terms of control cabinet

檢查控制柜外觀是否損壞，內(nèi)部螺絲是否松動(dòng)。

Check whether the appearance of the control cabinet is damaged and whether the internal screws are loose.

按線路圖接好電源線，用儀表檢查是否缺相，電壓是否正常。

Connect the power cord according to the circuit diagram, and use an instrument to check for phase loss and normal voltage.

水泵暫時(shí)不接情況下，按手動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕重復(fù)幾次，看接觸器是否吸合正常。

When the water pump is temporarily disconnected, press the manual start button several times to check if the contactor is working properly.

接上水泵電源線，點(diǎn)動(dòng)（啟動(dòng)后即停）看水泵轉(zhuǎn)向是否正常（正常為順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)）。

Connect the power cord of the water pump and jog (stop after starting) to check if the water pump rotates normally (clockwise rotation is normal).

如反轉(zhuǎn)，水泵電源線任意兩根線互調(diào)。

If reversed, any two lines of the water pump power line will be mutually adjustable.

按控制柜內(nèi)部門上的線路圖高、中、低位置，接電接點(diǎn)壓力表。控制柜調(diào)為自動(dòng)，測(cè)試壓力表。如壓力表不會(huì)停止或啟動(dòng)，立即檢查信號(hào)線是否接反或其他。

Connect the electrical contact pressure gauge to the high, medium, and low positions on the internal door of the control cabinet according to the wiring diagram. Set the control cabinet to automatic and test the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge does not stop or start, immediately check if the signal wire is connected in the wrong direction or otherwise.

·嚴(yán)禁水泵內(nèi)無水運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，容易損壞機(jī)封。

·It is strictly prohibited to operate the water pump without water, as it may damage the machine seal.
